Thursday 12/06/18- Workout

Sumo Deadlift- 8X4@65% or RPE5
*20 min cap.
Start on either circuit below:
 
C1: 4 sets. Rest 1 min after set.
20X- TRX Hamstring Curls
10X- Single Leg Stand-up
 
C2: 4 sets.
45 sec- Wall Sit w/ WB (20/14)
20X- WB Core Twist LR=1
20X- Windshield Wiper LR=1

Wednesday 12/05/18- Workout

EMOM- 8 min. Perform both inside the min.
5X- Pull-ups
8X- TTB or Leg Raise
Once done, complete 50 Reps on each below. Finish all reps before moving on.
 
Plate Hammer Curl (45/25)
Inclined BB Row (95/65)
TRX Low Row
Seated DB Reverse Fly (25/15’s)
50 cals Rower or Bike or Jump Rope (100X=10cal)
